Bulk Supply

Contract blending for nurseries, landscapers and government green projects. Sampling available.

Built around your crop

No single growing medium suits every crop, region and production system. Our custom soil blends are formulated to your requirement from four building blocks: graded biochar for long-lasting structure and nutrient retention, Biochar-Enriched Compost (BEC) for biology and nutrients, washed cocopeat for water-holding and air space, and targeted nutrients to match the crop.

Typical projects include nursery potting media for saplings and ornamentals, rooftop and terrace garden mixes, turf and landscape top-dressing, and media for government plantation and green-cover programmes.

How a custom blend is developed

We start with a brief: the crop or plant, the container or field system, irrigation, climate, target price and volume. From that we propose a starting recipe and make a sample batch. We test the sample for pH, EC, moisture and bulk density, and where useful the water-holding capacity, then send it to you for a trial on your own plants. Once you approve the result, the recipe is fixed and every production batch is made and tested to the same specification.

What biochar adds to a growing mix

In container media, biochar is usually used at a modest share, often 5–20% by volume. It adds a stable, porous component that does not break down like compost or bark, so mixes keep their structure longer. It holds nutrients against leaching and hosts beneficial microbes. In lightweight rooftop mixes it helps reduce weight while keeping water available.

Consistency at scale

For nurseries and landscapers, a medium that behaves the same every time matters as much as the recipe. Because we produce our own biochar and BEC, we control the main ingredients from raw material to bag, and each production batch is checked against the agreed specification before dispatch.

Packaging and supply

Frequently asked questions

Can you make a blend under my own brand?

Yes. Custom mixes can be packed under your brand for large orders.

How do I start a custom blend?

Send us your crop or plant, growing system, climate and expected volume. We propose a recipe, make a sample batch, test it and send it to you for a trial.

How much biochar goes into a potting mix?

Usually a modest share, often 5–20% by volume, adjusted to the crop and the other ingredients.

Do you supply samples?

Yes. Samples are available so you can trial a blend on your own plants before ordering in bulk.
